Within you lies an innate wisdom that understands your internal journey. I will gently guide you through a series of specifically designed asanas that will help you through your practice. Combining yoga postures with your breath, bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit. A series of asanas that would help strengthen and encourage without judging your personal practice and journey on and off the mat.
The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement." I will help you flow through one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is called Vinyasa Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and are almost dance like. Sun salutations which are an important part of this class and can be fast or slow paced depending on your stamina or strength. Gentle reminders of breath and holding poses will be in use through out the session.
